Sweet crepes
All sweet crepes are served with ice cream or freshly whipped cream. We recommend to take drinks with crepes, as we say in Russia, otherwise, your bum cheeks will stick together!
Momo are very similar to pelmeni or to damplings. Prepared with a special recipe with the addition of herbs and spices, recommended by our Babushka. Pelmeni and Vareniki are traditional Russian dishes. Stuffing is wrapped in a dough piece, and then boiled or steamed. The dish is very nourishing: a portion of 12 pieces is enough for a full-fledged appetite. All served with homemade sauces that been made with love.
For Russians semolina porridge is embraced from childhood. Kasha contains magnesium, potassium, iron and other vitamins. It energizes you for the entire day!

It is believed that socks and stockings were the first pieces produced using techniques similar to knitting. These socks were worked in Nelebinding, a technique of making fabric by creating multiple knots or loops with a single needle and thread. Most histories of knitting place its origin somewhere in the Middle East, from there it spread to Europe by Mediterranean trade routes, and then to the Americas with Europe colonization.
